Ad-Terry born Adamu Itopa Lawal is a rising Nigerian Afrobeat/Afrohouse singer based in Abuja, Nigeria and holds a master degree in International Relations from a Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
He has been in the music scene for over 18 years and worked on multiple projects that showcase his lyrical mastery and a fine palette of vocals. Ad-terry has worked with various superstars including legendary Nigeria musician Faze featured in his first Music album titled Sounds of Terry.
TATENDA Remix was inspired by a visit to the land of remakable humans called Zimbabwe, sitting in the South of Africa and boasting of picturesque landscapes and the immaculate 7th wonder of the world, Victoria falls. Writing Tatenda the song in Shona, their main native language was quite a phenomenal experience adding to Ad-Terry’s robust catalog, Co written by Bryan K and Marcia Bangure, Ad-terry is signed to his self owned label -Yeah Baby Music. Tatenda Remix featured one of the most talented Zimbabwe musician Bryan K who has collaborated with Nigerian artiste Ice Prince in the past, he is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
